Y’know what time it is? Its time for Nigel to have a little bit of a nutty about Lapointe & Bastchild again.
I’d stop if they weren’t so bloody amazingly good. But they are. So you’re going to hear about every last excruciatinly gorgeous detail.
On Today’s Episode, we’re talking about their brand spankin’ new MESH release, “Moto” Leather Jacket from their S’wear line.
10, count’em, 10 different textures to choose from in the included HUD when you get the Fat Pack. For men, you get Black, Slate Grey, Olive, Tan, Chocolate, Blue, Jade, Red, Vintage (Shown here) and a Bonus Retro with a S’wear Motor Club Rebels logo. For women, you can choose from Vintage, Black, Slate, Pink, Plumb, Lilac, Chocolate, Tan, Red, and the Rebel Club Logo. There are also 2 additional designs available separately for both men and women.
7, yes, 7 different sizes from XXS to XL.
2 alpha layers. One for just the jacket- and one for the jacket *AND* pants. No adding additional layers.
I chose the vintage for me to truly represent the detailed texture work that goes into these jackets. Wrinkles, bends, shades, curves, lining, edges, buttons, zippers, not a single piece of this jacket is overlooked for texturing to add depth, weight and *real* feel to the piece. You really can just *feel* the leather on you. I know that sounds odd, but its damned true.
The women’s jacket is just as lovely. The shading around the breasts, a slight flare to the hip and dip of the waist to give a girlish figure but not go overboard- it is leather afterall- it doesn’t clingwrap.
Both of us found the ample range of sizing perfect- fits right out of the box with no shape changing required.
Get thee to L&B, oh shoppers. Do not pass go. No dallyig in Free Parking.
